Parodise
A spiritual city that has a well-established hierarchy of Gods whom control every small detail of those on Earth.
It can only be accessed in two ways
- Upon death.
- Through the “Paro Gate”.
The actual location of Parodise is a myth, it is said to be on a planet at the end of the universes.
The spiritual city is powered by the immense power of eternal beings that call themselves “GOD”.
The terrains that are under the power of GODs are mostly clouds and green environments, they are designed for GODs to accommodate comfortably.
The zones that are not managed by GODs can have extreme demographics.
Many zones are still unknown at this moment.
GOD
Powerful eternal beings that have the abilities to destroy, create and even manipulate, the power they possess is a form of unknown scientific power that is extremely close to magic.
Although highly intelligence, powerful and eternal, they are sick of their long life span and the ultimate boredom make them look for interesting things to do, there is a rumor that they created earth as a form of simulation game to kill boredom. They are also lazy, arrogant and love to whine, the funny thing is, they are currently copying what the rich people on earth do, such as playing expensive games and treasure hunting.
They are in charge of almost everything on earth, this includes weather, environments, life forms, etc. However, around A.D. 1928 earth time, they claimed that the workload of managing earth became too heavy…
But the truth is, they got bored.
As a result, the high intelligence beings think of a way to manage earth and even reduce the workload on Parodise, that is, extract the soul from the dead on earth and enslave them to work for them.
Dumy
“The Worker Ghost”, “lucky” people that are chosen by GOD after their death, they have a “fixed happy face” magically binded to them regardless how they actually feel. It’s there to make it looks like the Gods treat them well.
Different Dumies are classified by job’s types and numbers.
Dumies’ numbers counts from 0 – 9000, they all have different abilities and personalities .
For example:
Dumy-006 is a mass produce type of worker that do basic household works for GODs, they are dumber and weaker compare to other Dumies.
Dumy-667, the protagonist of Parodise, is a one of the rare unique Dumy that has high intelligence and suspect the true purpose of GODs and “Dumy Project”.
Under the power of “GOD’s bind”, Dumies are forced to obey, they cannot object GODs.
Although effective and cost efficient, there is a major flaw in “Dumy system”, that is, the negative emotions cannot be separated from the soul during the soul extraction process.
In the very beginning, Dumies will listen to GOD and obey perfectly, but when they stack stresses and negative emotions to a certain amount, they will turn into an evil being and break out of GODs’ control.
The GODs tried lots of method and they cannot fix this problem, in the end, they realized that stress cannot be eliminated, but it can be released.
To eliminate this problem, a soul “toilet” device, A.K.A the “Paro Purifier” is created for Dumies to release and purify their negative emotions, this equals to a living being’s defecation process, Dumies are forced to defecate in a regular basis, but most of them are unaware of the true purpose of this process.
Doomy
If a Dumy stacks too much stress, it will turn into Doomy, a being that is consumed by negative emotions.
The original “fixed happy face” will be freed by what driven them insane, for example, anger will turn his face into red, sorrow will be blue, etc.
Under rare condition, one will turn into the “Legendary Black Doomy”, a Doomy that has all the negative emotions reached the max level.
The stress power of the Black Doomy is unlimited and the only drawback is it takes time to generate.
Black Doomy must release some of his grief souls in order to maintain his soul’s stability, meaning that there is a limit to how much stress he can take at one time.
However, the maximum limit of stress power he can take at one time will increase as time goes, if left alone, he will eventually match the power of GODs or even surpass them.
It is unknown if a Doomy can turn back to Dumy.
